Blackstorm Design + Marketing launched the new and improved support website to better serve our clients. This includes a better ticketing system where you can chat with an agent that will help you solve your problem in an instant 24/7 or you may leave a ticket and you will be immediately notified when an agent responded to your ticket. We, in Blackstorm, always think of how we may improve our service to our clients and partners. Bring on the storm!
